YAPSER 4057 FOAMPLAST
Thermal Insulation Board Plaster
Description:
Cement-Based Polymer and Fiber Reinforced Thermal Insulation
Board Plaster
Areas of Use:
Used as plaster on indoor and outdoor surfaces on top of XPS, EPS,
rock wool in jacketing systems.
Advantages:
Provides smooth surfaces for interior and exterior spaces.
Adapts easily to the applied surface.
Can be processed easily and for a long time.
Has high lexibility due to polymer additives.
Thanks to the fiber reinforcement, it absorbs minor stresses
originated by insulation materials. Does not crack.
Technical Specifications:

*These values are valid for 23°C and 50% relative humidity. Times
may vary depending on ambient conditions.
Surface Preparation:
-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil,
paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
The thermal insulation board on which the application will be made
should be solid, well adhered to the surface, clean, and dry.
Gaps between the boards should be filled with insulation material
or foam.
Mixture Preparation:
25 kg YAPSER 4057 FOAMPLAST Thermal Insulation Board Plaster
is slowly added to 6-7 lt water. Stirred until a homogeneous mixture
is obtained with a trowel or a low-speed mixer, leaving no
lumps. The mortar which isrested for 5 minutesisthen stirred
again and made ready for use.
