Aerated Concrete Adhesive
Description:
Cement-based aerated concrete (gas concrete) bonding mortar.
Areas of Use:
It is used to lay gas concrete, pumice, and similar construction
elements that will be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Surface Preparation:
-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil,
paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
Gas concrete surfaces should be moistened with water.
The first bond should be laid by leveling with classical mortar to fix
the surface breakdowns on the loor.
Mixture Preparation:
25 kg YAPSER 1058 TECHBLOCK is added slowly to 5,5-6,5 lt water.
Stirred until a homogeneous mixture is obtained with a trowel
or a low-speed mixer, leaving no lumps. The homogeneous
mixed mortar is rested for 5 minutes and then mixed again to
make it
ready for application The prepared mixture should be used within a
maximum of 2 hours, and the mixtures that are waiting to be used
during this period should be stirred intermittently.
